What is that?
The Alphacool DC-LT 2 2600rpm Ceramic - 12V DC (Sinus PCB) is a pump which is designed for use in computer water cooling systems. Even the previous model was considered a quiet little wonder. Now Alphacool has improved this product considerably thanks to the experience gained. With this pump, small to medium-sized water loops can be operated almost silently. Alphacool already uses this pump successfully in the GPU-AiO Eiswolf 2 which, in various independent tests, was classified as inaudible.
How is the quiet running of this pump achieved?
There are several points to mention: The true 3-phase sinusoidal control of the pump contributes to the extremely quiet running of this pump. The impeller is suspended on a ceramic axle with two magnets. The ceramic axle is manufactured with high precision and the impeller is cleanly balanced. All these details contribute to the Alphacool DC-LT 2 2600rpm Ceramic - 12V DC (Sinus PCB) pump is virtually silent.
What else is special about this pump?
The control of the pump, the mechanics and thus the pump itself is highly efficient. Compared to other models, the power consumption is significantly lower with the same or even higher power output. It has a wide control range and starts reliably from 7V power supply.

Alphacool w końcu to zrobił - pompka jest tania, kompaktowa i CICHA!
Jedna gwiazda zdjęta z dwóch powodów:
- pompka mimo wszystko wpada w delikatne wibracje - na moje oko to kwestia pracy silnika - trzeba zadbać, żeby nie opierała się bezpośrednio o obudowę
- przewód zasilający jest kiepsko zabezpieczony - warto uważać żeby czegoś nie ułamać/urwać.
Poza tym same zalety!
Jako były posiadacz pompek DC12-220, pierwszej wersji DC-LT, oraz DDC - wg mnie DC-LT 2 jest najcichsza z nich wszystkich.
Zmiany w parametrach pracy zdecydowanie na plus względem wersji pierwszej. Ma dość mocy, żeby napędzić prosty układ (blok + chłodnica), zasila się płyty głównej i z odpowiednio dobranym topem (lub jako Eisbaer Aurora LT - jak się już pojawi) - zajmie niewiele miejsca. Świetny wybór do obudów SFF.
Szczerze, budując nawet nieco większy układ, poszedłbyn w dwie takie pompki zamiast jednej dużej - taniej, ciszej, i bezpieczniej (redundancja w układzie). Ten produkt to wg mnie killer w kategorii cena/możliwości.
